COVID-19 has definitely changed the nature of sales and marketing related to medical devices. This will hopefully be a temporary situation, but for now, we need to understand that things are a little different than they were before. One of the biggest changes is with sales meetings. In the near-term, they will remain virtual, and to do this, the sales team needs to be savvy about technologies such as Zoom in order to get the most out of these meetings.
