    Unstructured Coaching

    Sometimes you just want someone to talk to about your company and its direction.  Maybe you have a problem and want an outside viewpoint of how to handle it.  One, two or three one-hour sessions might take care of it.  The first 30 minutes are free.

    Sales System Review

    This is a review of your current sales program and followed by a written report.  It is similar to an audit. In detail, Ted explores your current formal or informal sales strategies, sales team, sales and revenue metrics, competitive benchmarks, sales channel(s), sales process, sales tools, sales compensation, customer data management and sales management systems.  With this information he determines the health of your sales program and make suggestions for improved effectiveness.

    Marketing System Review

    A review and analysis of all aspects of your marketing efforts including traditional media advertising, trade show participation, internet advertising, social media, lead generation, public relations, website, etc.  Essentially this is an audit of your marketing efforts. A report is provided with suggestions for economic changes that will provide near term returns.

    Sales Strategic & Tactical Plan

     A detailed strategic and tactical sales plan for one year is written.  It includes the Sales System Review detailed above.  This plan will match company priorities with the actions of the sales team. It is comprised of:

    • Strategies and Supporting Tactics
    • Estimated budget to implement the plan
    • Recommended sales compensation plan

    A detailed strategic and tactical marketing plan for one year is written.  It includes the Marketing System Review described above.  This plan will support overall company priorities.  It includes:

    • Estimated budget to implement the marketing plan

    Outsourced Marketing and/or Sales Management

    Management- You get the expertise of an experienced, successful Marketing and/or Sales Manager without the investment in a full time VP.  As the leader of a small to medium sized company, you are competing against the resources companies 3, 4 or 20 times your size.  These companies have the advantage in that they have the revenue to fund high level sales teams and distribution channels.  You have a great product.  It can compete with the products of your larger competitors. You know that your revenues should be higher.  You may simply be getting outsold.
